The charge per order for standard UK delivery is £8.64 for up to 15kg. We then change an extra 50p for each Kg (or part of) for over 15kg. The site calculates the delivery price based on known weights of the products order and packaging being ordered. IF your order is over £165 value you will see a FREE delivery option is offered at checkout, please choose this. We use DPD as our courier because they have proven themselves to offer the best all round service.Once placed, orders from our online shop are usually delivered within 2 working days – pretty speedy. (Please note: some postcodes may take 2 days to arrive, these are listed in the table below).
We deliver Tuesday to Friday each week (deliveries cannot be made on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Bank Holidays).
Our delivery cut off times are as follows:
Tuesday delivery: cut off Sunday 11.59 pm
Wednesday delivery: cut off Monday 11.59 pm
Thursday delivery: cut off Tuesday 11.59 pm
Friday delivery: cut off Wednesday 11.59 pm
Before submitting your order, please check that your full name, address, contact details, and delivery requirements are correct. If they are incorrect, we cannot be responsible for related issues that may result in the late delivery of your order. (Please do not change the delivery date via DPD when you get your notification from them, this does not delay the order being sent from us and will mean your order will be sat at a depot instead.)
Deliveries are only to mainland UK (England, Wales, and Scotland), Highlands and Islands. Sadly we cannot deliver to Ireland (Northern & Republic of Ireland) at this time.
We reserve the right not to deliver to all locations. When you apply to register an account with us, we’ll let you know whether we can deliver to your address – we hope we can! In checkout it will not offer you a delivery option if we cannot deliver to your location.

Christmas delivery dates
You can select dates for your first delivery at the time of checkout or within your account section. Future deliveries for subscriptions will be shown on your account and can be amended if needed, depending on your chosen subscription’s frequency: this includes the price of the next order due for dispatch, in addition to its delivery date.
Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, our stock availability, the time at which you finalise your information on the checkout pages, and circumstances beyond our control (including public holidays).
Our couriers DPD will provide tracking and delivery updates, so you are informed of time slots and delivery days; please note, delays may occur that are outside of our control. Standard deliveries can be made any time between approximately 8am-6pm: we cannot specify a specific time within this period.
We’ll ask you for ‘leave’ instructions when placing your order. That way, if you are out during delivery, our couriers can leave your parcel in a safe location and ensure any perishable items are delivered on the correct day. *Due to coronavirus policies, our couriers will be following a zero contact delivery system, so will not require a signature at this time.
Damage: if you accepted a Hug parcel before realising it was damaged, or the parcel was left in a safe place when you were unavailable for inspection, please take a photograph of the damaged item and contact us within 24 hours, so we can take the necessary steps to help.
Collections: We love to have visitors and offer collection from our HQ in Devizes, so please do come and see us to collect your order if you would prefer
Collections can be made Monday to Thursday 9.30am-4.30pm and Fridays 9.30am-1.30pm. Remember to bring your order confirmation/ order number with you as confirmation.
Please feel free to bring your own bag to reduce packaging or return your used boxes – we love to re-use.
